Accepted only if: • Product is damaged • Wrong item received • Not working on arrival • Manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products • Burnt heating elements • Spare parts & consumables • Physically damaged items after delivery • Refurbished or partially working items (sold as-is)

Return Window

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when: • Replacement is unavailable • Order cancelled before shipping • Product validated after return

Refund time: 7–10 business days.

Replacement Process

A pickup will be arranged where available. Otherwise, customer may need to send the item to our service address.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
